Models
GET
https://api.modelsheep.com/modelsGET
https://api.modelsheep.com/v1/modelsLists the models the key can call. The endpoint is compatible with the OpenAI models endpoint, so client.models.list() reads it. The id of an entry is the string a request puts in model, which is the one name the API accepts for that model.
Both paths are served and return the same response. The OpenAI SDKs append /v1 on their own.
Response
- objectstring
- Always list.
- array
- One entry a model, in no set order.
Request Example
from openai import OpenAI
client = OpenAI(
base_url="https://api.modelsheep.com",
api_key=API_KEY_MODELSHEEP,
)
response = client.models.list()
print(response.data[0].id)Response
